Campuses are wide open and while every university or college will have security guards, there is little requirement for strong-armed tactics. Campus security forces are more apt to walk a student home to her dorm at night. That might be the highlight of their security detail.

Corruption within the legal system is almost non-existent and if there, will be exposed and dealt with appropriately through the law courts.
